Peril already did something very similar to this. Maybe I'm missing something? (it IS 4:30 am)

Peril did do something like this except I think that was the default.
/edit found it:

The non moving strap doesn't make it look that attractive in both animations since it basically is useless and doesn't even look that appealing when added.
Plus more texture slippage on this model as well. Less noticeable than the Colt Hammerless or PPK you did but its still there.
The variance in the dark stock to the rest of the metal of the gun really doesn't look nice.

i hate to say it but i dont like it.
The wood texture and hand texture is very bad.
The animations are crap tbh and the Heat thing on the front is a modern day thing.
Also to get a realistic affect it should replace the Thompson SMG.

you need to invest more time in your hacks to make them actually good.

Grease gun ROF : 450 rpm
Thompson ROF : 750 rpm
M2 Carbine ROF : 750 rpm
I realise 99.9999999999999% of the players would cut off their right hand before replacing their Tommy Gun, but, as Andy Whyberd said "... to get a realistic affect it should replace the Thompson SMG..."
I can't find the Thompson I used to have, back in the beta 1.x days and I play Axis most of the time (other players don't want to be "NAZIs"), so to me it doesnt matter if I swap the M2 for my tommy, but for you others out there, the ROF only matches the Thompson, so if you are willing to <gulp>replace teh Thompson</gulp> it is the only way to be realistic.
(You will also need to rename the sounds for the m1 to the thompson wav)
