Decided to make(recolor) some Axis models. I haven't seen any exactly like them around, so I hope I'm not stealing anyones work. :)

Download (http://www.angelfire.com/pro/907thkentz/AxisGreenCamo.zip)

***INSTALLATION***

Extract the "AxisGreenCamo.zip" file to a temp folder, then paste the "axis-inf.mdl" and the "axis-infT.mdl" files to your "dod\models\player\axis-inf" folder. Delete the two ".mdl" files to get the default models back. :)

They look good. I was wishing for something like this.

looks like pea dot camo, what kind is it?

Looks good! Kind of reminds me of the player model in your sig :)
I love the detail thats been put onto the helmet aswell.

But I have few suggestions that you might take in consideration.

Add more texture to the pants (i.e. dirt, or some form of stains)
Less contrast on the boots, needs to be a little lighter
Probobly some dirt marks on the boots would look nice aswell
Even out the textures to 512x512 so you won't get the blurryness that an uneven size gives you.

Most of my suggestions are leaning on the war-torn side, but if that doesn't float you boat then it's alright i guess.

Good release by the way.

Yea, what Splinter said. But good work, im already converting it to a Photoshop brush. (Im just storing random camo patterns as pattern stamps or brushes. Getting ready for HL2 and dod source. :D)

If you need help with a wartorn feel, or additional texture bits, PM me...or anyone else here on the MSA forums. :D Were all junkies here :D

If I'd had any talent, I'd make the camo darker, it feels kinda neonish to me now. And the dirty stuff is definatlly a good idea.

looks a lil bit too "painted" at the moment...

add some crinkles or something...

a lil bit of cloth texture..

Looks like that might be my spring oak camo pattern, but I could be wrong. I'd have to compare the textures, but I haven't got mine handy.

Also, the green is too bright, need to reduce the saturation some.
