How do I remove bones in MS3D?

Click on it in the list and hit delete. But it'll delete and child bones with it.

alternatively you can toggle "show skeleton" in the joints tab and select the bones you want to remove manually.

if you want to remove all the bones, simply import the smd without the skeleton.
