If you are unsure on how to make textures, try:

You may post your texture in whatever format you would like. Please try to stick to the texture specifications as this will save time when I am assembling all the textures into the .wad!!

Anyway, submit all your rubble textures!! Anything you like from rocks to rubbish ;)! Remember to make your textures so they tile! (Repeat) seamlessly!

that texture is already in a wad, a few wads and is used in lots of maps. i think this wad is just for newly created textures. if not, tell me.
