[Blue in textures] question

the question is, if i color in a specific part of texture with blue, will it become transparent? or is it a hard process to make it transparent

there is an actual process to it (if memory serves me right) check one of the stickies at the top of the model forums, there should be a topic about the compiling process.

I was wondering, does red color on a skin do the same as blue?
