[WIP] dod_noname :D!

well ive got no name for this map yet, been working on it pretty solidly for a few days, nothing special just working on the finnishing touches around the 'back alleys' basically the map is built around a road, plenty of back alleys around the map just havent got around to rubble/lighting for those areas yet and of course plenty of busted sherman models! :P

anyways have a look lemme know what you think.

*edit* excuse the texture fuzzing over long distances :P having my card on low detail allows me to get 30 fps in dod also havent added in an rubble/cover/eye candy yet

I musta taken a nap on this one too. Looks good and basic, which I think makes for the best action and gameplay. Um, it has a very dod_saints feel to it, try some different lighting or textures. Otherwise, to me it'd just be like playing on one side of the bridge on saints. :-/

you make a good point with the textures, i think the lighting has to be dull to take the edge off the rather crisp textures ill see what i can do, currently it has a reasonable load of houses that you can weave yourway around the map, working on tnt destructabe walls to make it a bit more interesting

Ok nice'n'tidy...
Boring textures or rather over used textures, that always makes you think of the original map they where made for,
could fix that by bringing in some textures from different maps,
mix it up a little.
And the empty feeling will probably be fixed when u ad some rubble and details.
Can we see the overweiv to get a feel of the gameplay?

It may look plain now, but your obviously going about it in the right way. Paths first, details later. Keep it going.
