I would like to use your hand model/skin that you made for your enhanced Airborne models, i think it's the best alternative around, low poly, look good and in good propotion.

the normal hands are too ugly and the other hand models around are wayyy to high poly for such a small detail.

A simple yes or no answer will do, i won't cry ;)

Yeah you can use just the hand model if you want. You might want to make a better texture for it though.
