What have I missed? I decompiled the default model to begin to learn how to make multiple skins for each class, I export the body1 and 2, edit as needed, rename body3 and 4, goto mg_body and mg_gear change reference to 3 and 4 , I made sure I renamed correctly ie.1 is now 3 and 2 is now 4, so the texture meshing remained the same, 3 and 4 are in the folder with everything else, including the t model and the model, do those two models need to be taken out before a compile? went back to jeds compiled, didnt see anyhting about errors or anything save the model and open, no changes no two extra textures, I do not see any thing in the qc about particular body bmp so , what have I missed? thanks for any help

ok, recompiled with the models removed it worked, but changed one body to a smaller size, gonna recompile, it still changes body 3 to 40% at the end, thoughts??
