If you use Half-Life Tag Converter (http://www.devix.org/software.php) it is forking simple, it even sizes it and changes your colors to 256 (required for use in HL)

Remember to follow the directions. If it didnt work, you didnt follow the directions (I know, i didn't, thought I was too smart)

This way you can make ALL the tags you want
