Well, actually, there were two experimental scoped Garands, the M1C and the M1D.
They were'nt used that much though.

Dont say stuff you dont know Rave. The scoped garand WAS used in ww2.
Taken from: http://www.geocities.com/Area51/Comet/6498/t2000ww2americansmallarms.html
"The M1D is a sniper rifle based on the M1, it is a standard M1 selected for accuracy and includes a telescopic sight. The M1D was introduced late in 1943..."
Attached is the m1D garand

It'd be kinda cool, but I don't see how it would fit into DoD. Couldn't use it as a replacement for the Spring cause the bolt action and all that. Unless you're just pretending like you're shooting semi-auto from the Garand reaaaaaaally slow.

Well someone made a K43 scoped and it was doing that, there was no bolt animation.

The M1D say pretty extensive use in Vietnam aswell. (If anyone wants a good book get "13 Cent Killers by John Culbertson, alot of the Marine snipers used them until they were replaced midwar.)

m1ds saw use in the very late days of wwii on both fronts, very few made it into service but they did use them.

Ooooh, cool, but a scoped garand would be a bad skin, cause noone likes a model with a scope on it that you cant use.

As a replacement for the springfield. You'd just have to skip the bolt animation.
