I've tried installing custom vgui but they haven't been working. In the readme it says that it was made for 1.0 so I'm guessing it should work w/ 1.2. I have custom vgui for teams as well as classes such as "640_british_select" and "640_enfield". I've put them in folder dod/gfx/vgui, there wasn't a vgui folder in the gfx folder so i made one. Can anyone help me?

The folder's been changed to:

dod\gfx\vgui\clsImages

I tried putting the files (images) into dod/vgui/clsImages and it still didn't work. I'm using "Trigger's" custom vgui here's a picture of what it should look like.

You need to make sure that they have the same filenames, are TGA format in 32-bit and you may need to edit the RES files for each class to set the size for each image.

they are tga files. File names are such:
teams:
640_allies_select.tga
640_axis_select.tga
640_british_select.tga

I have files for the classes as well such as:
640_tommy.tga
640_enfield.tga
640_30cal.tga
640_garand.tga
640_m1carbine.tga
640_bar.tga
etc...

They came in a pack so I was assuming they were ready to use. Trigger's pack to be more specific.

Are there any other subfolders in the "vgui" folder other than "clsImages"?

The TGA's you've got are for 1.0 WON not 1.0 Steam which uses an entirely different menu system.

You can use the TGA's but they will probably look a bit out of place.

The images are in gfx\vgui\clsImages but theres a lot to list here so your best bet is to grab GCFScape and extract the originals from the "day of defeat.gcf" file and start from there.

That's why my old Band of Brothers pack isn't working.
