you need the new GCFScape v1.1.3 Beta (http://countermap.counter-strike.net/Nemesis/) (was v1.1.2 until end of June)

Deja vu? A few days ago Valve updated Steam's GCF file format. They removed the data from one section of the GCF file and consequently caused GCFScape to operate incorrectly. Yesterday they did it all again only this time they removed the header from the above section.

I have noticed there were a few MSA people commenting on their inability to get stuff anymore and I didn't see any one else posting about the update so I did.

Hope this helps someone out there.
