Anyone know where to get or have any good 1.3b crosshairs?

I'm looking for the one that looks like this:

Also is there any crosshairs like that for the current version of DoD?

Dodec's (http://dodec.hlgaming.com/main.html) crosshair section would probably be a good place to look.
