This is my latest map, so far its only 2 days old but ts comming on nicely.

The only major prob im having is with black tanks and i have no idea how to fix it :confused: any ideas?

looks nice as a start
but

1. add more detail to buldings
2. the pices of walls u have in ur rubble is wrong
a brickwall wont "brake" like that
it should look like this

other than that i thing it looks good

black tanks are attributed to the fact that their model center is either in the ground or in darkness or the like.

no roofs or remains of roofs :o
the broken pieces freak me out.. bricks dont break like that

even in the land of limited polies
its perfectly doable

that rail has rendermode set to texture .. set it to solid

keep going :)

some good textures and a bit of a more consistant architecture complimented by a great lightstyle should serve this map well

change your brick walls to solid concrete walls and you win!

but then taking mXed.dk's suggestion would look nicer

Vary the height of the buildings a bit more, since they all seem to be 2 storeys while in a city there'd be a lot more variation.
