Wavy flag skeleton.

I like the big wavy flag, but I have a problem with it. The way the animation stretches and distorts the flag instead of flapping it. The cause for this is that the skeleton is misaligned. The skeleton it self is properly animated itís just that because itís not lined up with the model correctly that the flag appears to distort. See the problem is that because the skeleton is 90 degrees to the model, when the bones wave left to right the flag polygons move forward and back causing the flag to distort.

I tried many times my self to fix it with mixed results, rotating the reference skeleton, rotating the skeleton in the animation file, rotating both, They all produce messed up results in some way no doubt due to the crappyness of milkshapes animator.

Would someone be kind enough to rotate the skeleton for me so that it lines up with the flags model and flag waves in the way that it is supposed to.

Come on, I'm sure this wouldnít take more than 15 minuets of someoneís time.
