Im wondering why it crashes out after stand_pshreck_zoomload.smd. It definatly exists, and trying to make it use the stand_pscreck_reload.smd yeilds a "cant find stand_pscreck_reload.smd".

I think that might just be for the US para, havent tried the rest.

Same here. Did everything I was supposed to do to get transparent textures, and the holes came out blue. Tried using red, same thing. Tried using aplha instead of masked, and it turned the whole thing glassy looking (duh, I was desperate). Went back and made sure there weren't any in-between-colors in the textures, still don't work. Wtf? Is it working for everyone else? Karisto commented that that compiler doesn't even support compiling dod player models because it doesn't support the amount of animations dod player models use. What the hell is going on here?

Did you set the last color in your pallete to blue? Thats why it wouldnt work for you.

I did. Set it to the appropriate color each time.

this is pissinf me of to they give us a compiler that dosen't work thanks but no thanks. i got the textures to work but all i needed it for was my player models. and its smaller that the old compiler they gave us for 3.0. wtf:mad: **** I can't wait any longer why couldn't they just give us what they use is that to hard:(

How about compiling the weapons with the new compiler and the players with the old compiler?

whats up ripa:D

the thing is dod 3.1 had about 250 anims and studiomdl was created to handle just that
but in V1.0 it has something like 365 anims and that is why my friends it cannot compile:mad:

but karitzko said hes fixing that:D (i read that on a site)

In the comment Kratisto made to Molotov Billy's tutorial, he said he was working on his decompiler. Not his compiler, of which there are currently none, because he never made one that I've seen.

If you saw that comment about "fixing" the "compiler" on an other site, please share the URL with us.
