Hmmm I cant seem to download anything from dodec??

Everything has been working ok until now?

I can see the "rate file" and "email to a friend" link but no download link??

I have reset the pc, cleared temporary internet files, deleted and re-linked dodec into my favourites folder but still no joy?

Anyone else had these sort of problems??

Is there any other Host websites out there, that I may continue to d/l customs off? I remember Pokemart or something a long time ago but can't seem to find them anymore?

Any suggestions?

Yes. I've been having that problem for about 3 months now. It seemed to happen after i downloaded the windows xp service pack but im not sure whether that is the problem or not. id also like to know

I had the same problem. It depends on your firewall. Disable it and you can download...

Pop-ups anyone?

That would be it to I think, I did the same thing last in the last couple of weeks and d/l the service pack.

Surely there is a better way around that. I don't think a firewall can physically stop a link from showing up can it? What firewall do you use?

You must right click and "Open in New Window" to get to the download link.

Yeah those Pop-ups are damn annoying.

i use zone alarm, too. I can only dl from there if it is disabled...

hi, i help run dodec, is the problem that when you get to the edgefiles page and click to download, it doesnt come up with the box downloading? i think i know the solution.....

No its actually at the dodec site before you make the jump across to edge files. There isn't any download link at all. Only "rate file" and "email to friend".

ok i think i can safely confirm the firewall is whats ****ing it...i truned the firwall off and it works then i turned it on and it didnt work s turn off zone alarm when u wanna dl sumtyhig

If you're using Zone Alarm, make sure you disable "Ad Blocking", or set to a lower level > Med. You find it under 'privacy' and tab 'main'. I had this problem myself before, this is the only solution with ZA.

I have my popup blocker on yet i still get lots of pop ups at that site...only one too. Any one got a idea ? its annyoing as all hell.
