question about jeds airborne

i know the player models were changed to properly hold the mkV sten, but is there anyway i can get them to hold the mkII?

i decided i didnt want to use the mkV anymore and use the II instead, but his hand is a few inches below the model when viewed from a 3rd person

i also dont want the 3rd person view to show him holding it by the clip...is there anyway i can get jeds airborne to hold the sten mkII like is done in marzys mkII v_ model from his pack?

if anyone can help me to do this id be most grateful

Re-compile the models with the correct anims.

I used the MP40 animations to make him hold the pistol grip on the MK5 Sten and just re-aligned the MK5 p_model. If you edit the QC where it lists the stand, crouch, prone anims for the sten you'll see its using the MP40 ones, just change them back to the Sten ones (it probably didn't compile the un-used Sten anims so you may have to get them from a default model).

lol i may as well be reading french...first of all...i have no editing experience or software...also, i believe the default sten anims have him holding it by the clip, which i do not want

are there any anims i could use that would show him holding it by the barrel (or watever the part of the gun hes holding it by is)...the carbine is the only gun that i can think of that might have the right anims, or close to anyway

i dont suppose anyone could figure out a way to animate jeds brit helmet airborne so they hold the sten right

cookies will be provided to anyone that can do this for me
