What are the requirements to get it working? I decompile a model, recompile it, and it appears blue in game :confused:

In the textures tab of Jed's HLMV there is an option to turn on transparency, turn that on and save the model.

If that doesnt work they say turn the last colour in the pallete to blue bla bla which never ever worked for me so i found the way to make transparencies ork is when editing in photoshop use the background eraser tool to make what u want transparent.:)
