some renders of a texture i made for the model Trp Jed provided :) tho i did have to adjust the mesh in spots ;)

would anyone be interested in using this when it's all finished? I've really just been working on it to keep myself occupied :P

I really do like this skin, the only thing that i'm thinking stands out as a bit odd, is the hair line on the sides, maybe bring that forward a little, but apart from that i think it's tops.

BTW what program do you render with.

Jed's Head looks like it works well with many faces. Might have to try and make on of myself :p

LOL, yeah i understand all about that, because i have a receding hair line myself.....lol, but i just think that for someone thats lost so much at the sides, would of lost more hair at the front, which makes it look odd to me. I think the sides could do with bringing forward a little, or the front taking back a touch.

I was definately going for the older soldier look. like Nicholas Cage and Tom Hanks both had going. with the receding hair. he just combs it all forward to still get frauleins ;) if i do anything i'll get rid of some hair in the front. it took too damn long to get the seams to match up on the sides, i'm not changing them! :p

Actually marz. Speaking as someone who had to shave his bloody head due to thinning hair (><) Thats a common loss pattern, alot of folks of southern european (italy, greece, ect) blood seem to have that V shape going, no hair on the sides, but stays in the front. I do! :rolleyes:

(and don't go thinking I'm old! I'm just very unlucky. 17 here :rolleyes: )
