Costum noob

maybe an stupid question to you guys but...
where the hell do i put the costums sprites, maps and sounds that i download in the Steam DOD?? because i knew were to put it before... but now... in steam??
Please help me

well you gotta put them in probably-

c:\program files\steam\steamapps\youremail addreess\day of defeat\dod. then once there, if there is no model/sound/sprite folder, create them and then put the custom files in there.
