Jed's HLMV Decompile Problem- cannot find mdl.exe?

I get this error where whenever I try to decompile a model after reorigining it it says that it can't find mdl.exe or something like that. Anyone know what's up? And do I need to add extra values to the reorigin so it will look like that in game or is it already configured?

click on "tools" and then "configure tools", after that click on the "..."s and browse in what directory you have compiler/decompiler

I'm probably of no help here as I have never reorigined a weapon, but having messed with models a bit I have a question... Why are you decompiling your newly reorigined model again? Once you change the origins, compile the changes, and test the model all you should need to do is just change the origins again to suit your taste, recomple, and test again... No need to keep compiling, testing, decompiling, compiling, testing, decompiling... That's way too much work.. <shrug>

I tried doing the decomp/comp in Milkshape3D 1.7.0 and then adding in the origins I used in Jed's HLMV, but when I'm ingame the model compiled in MS3D doesn't look anything like what I had in Jed's HLMV.

Try the Video drivers.

Seems that the latest nVidia drivers cause problems with HLMV and Milkshape too.

I've got an GeForce FX 5200 with the latest nVidia drivers and its only just started crashing since the driver update. It doesn't like being run with another OpenGL app open at the same time for some reason.
