they are around 300 polys and they fit the hitboxes very well imo
also they have different helmets and faces and bodys (skins)
and the axis im working on have a helmet and a hat...
heres a piccie :D
1 question though do you think i should leave the textures the default size or cut all the textures down in size ?

actually i think they fit the hitboxes almost exactly like the default, the only think that sticksa out alittlemore then the default is the front of the helmet which i could fix in a few minutes.

I would be instrested in trying them just to see how much FPS i can gain...
I remember back in 3.1 I used some low poly models...(not the lego men ones)...but they were low poly and still looked good and not squaredish :p

I suddenly wish I hadn't deleted all my DoD files (Except for sounds :p) once my computer could no longer run it...
I had some SWEET very low poly models that still looked normal...or well :p I also miss all my scripts I had written over the years I played...
what was I thinking not ziping my scripts :p

lmao :p :D
i wasnt going for a nice looking model and to tell you the truth i really dont think they look that odd ingame from a distance you cant even tell
If the only reason I played DoD was because it's pretty, I wouldn't be playing DoD. It's inherently ugly, DarkLite, and nothing anyone does can change that.
Thanks again gabagoo :D

True love of the game.
OK, listen up people. THESE ARE LOW POLY MODELS FOR LOWER GRADE COMPUTERS. People w/ low grade computers/video cards cant even gets DoD to play right. Gab is tryin' to help people out w/ something that will make their computer run a lil' better. These are not "life-like" models, hence the title "LOW POLY MODELS". So get your head out of your @ss and save the stupid comments.
