Hands get misplaced when I compile a weapon model

Ive got everything done for the compiling and the hands look fine in milkshape but then when i complie they go all funny. Any ideas

make sure you did the bone assignment right

yea i accidently assigned the right thumb on the tommy model to the clip one time.. that sucked.. it looked fine til i reloaded.. and his thumb got ripped off and then placed back on lol

It could be that the animations have different bones than the refrence.
