And who used this pistol? The french?
Always nice to see some new untried stuff for DoD.

The Liberator was a pistol designed to be cheap and easy to produce in the extreme. It held ONE .25 caliber bullet in the chamber and could be made for about $1.75. It was made in America and was dropped onto the French reisistance soldiers to give em guns to kill German officers with. After you fired the gun, you had to poke the empty cartridge outta the chamber with a pencil and stick the new one in. Not surpsingly, the French liked it a hell of a lot more when the Brits dropped Stens on them.

The last liberator pistol that was released(in 3.1 i think) had it being thrown away, and another one being pulled out as the reload anim, it was great!
Keep up the good work on this one, looking good.
Also, did the liberator not tend to inflict more damage on the trigger man than the target, with the guns tendancy to blow up in your hands..ouch:)

Ah the good old liberator. The only gun in the world that "Was faster to produce than to reload."
They were dropped alot in the pacific too. They came in a cardboard box with a picture card set of instructions. They were unaccurate and hard to use. Only a one shot weapon but 4 rounds could be stored in the handle. usually they were used for assasinations or to kill someone with a better gun and then steal it lol
I think you're best bet for the reload animations would be like what warlord said and have the gun thrown away like the older version.
This would look good in a french resistance weapon pack. Wouldnt be too hard to put together you could use existing weapons such as the sten or folding stock carbine (the french liked those quite alot from what i hear).
Keep up the good work,

LOL
you trigger it with your nipple and it fires peanuts
The model is nice and it could be also useful for guys who got low end computers and would enjoy the low poly count.
