Ok what is the fastest and best way to fix this? I have no idea what I did to screw up the plane models but one day I played Flug and it was like this. All I did was install some custom maps, so Im guessing one of them did it.

Thanks

One of you custom maps is using a diff modle with the same name as the one used in flugplatz, to fix it go into your dod/models/mapmodels folder and delete any of the models that are showing up wierd, though after you do this they will be fixed on your default maps but they may be messed up in the custom ones.

Yea...when I released flug as a custom map it had version one of the Me262...all nice and pretty...when the map was released as an official map we replaced the Me262 model with on ethat had many sub-groups (a destroyed verison, wing and engine parts, etc)...so just look in your mapmodels directory under your steam setup and delete the me262 model there.

Note: Those of you with a lot of custom maps will find this problem a lot because steam defaults to the dod sub-directory for maps/sounds/etc...so if you have a version of a map or model, or sound, etc, that's different than the one in the cache, the older one will show up.
