Animation convert - where my knowledge ends.

A mate asked me to make him something and edit a garand in a way (nm that) and he also asked me if i could put klowns kar buttsmack animes on the garand, yesterday i first saw them and they are really hot, i think the are much more impressive and realistic than the original garand buttsmack, anyway... everytime i tried using those animes on the garand it made the model get totaly out of propotion and freaked the hell out :p , copying the sleeve/hand models didn't help too and i was stuck... i just didn't know what to do further, so my question is more HOW to do it, failing is not an option.

Well Klowns model and bones are much bigger then the defaults, so you have no hope of achieving what you wish to do, sorry. Not unless you try reshaping the default to a similar size and shape of the model Klown used.

So the hands and everything just want fit the default model...:(

I've tried scaling the default model to that of klowns, but it still does not fit, you would have to make some massive edits to the default model to get it anything like, and IMO it probably would look pants.
