Yes, we are in need of more good para maps. Anyone working on any or can quickly modify an existing map they are working on? We will host your map and package it in the DSSG installer so that it will be easy for download and install. Our installer will find the file path for the user so there is no more hitting your head against the wall trying to get a noob to install into the right place. Try the server in the evenings there are people on at that time.

On a related topic, if you like hedgerow as a map, but don't like PARA, you can re-install 2.1, and dun-da-da-dum! Hedgerow plays with respawns!
Yarr! Tis a shame that hedgerow hasn't been updated for 1.0+.

In Pre-1.0 times I liked to play para maps from time to time. But if you mentioned conversion of some maps - I can only imagine objective maps being converted, cause what would be the difference with flag maps in para style vs normal. Or am I wrong.

Theres a good reason for flag-maps (as you call them) not being PARA; which is that it would be nigh on impossible for a team to capture all the flags, also people would definitely concentrate on killing opposing team members, as this would be easier than capturing all the flags.
Oh, and BTW, oddly enough playing Hedgerow in DOD 2.1 the 88's are still there, and you can still blow them up with the satchels!

Well, you could always play non-objective para maps as "Team Elimination". But still para-style map can't be linear, there should be plenty of paths to sneak around.
