Punch Para Knife

i donwloaded this thommy with a knfie, and it draws the knife out of the thommy wen u choose knife, and and i dont use the thommy, so having a thommy magicall appear, wen i use my knfie is stupid. the knife with the thommy hekd in the other hand, has a stab animation, and the second slash is a punch. yet the knife without the thommy, only has stab. can seomone plz give the normal one the punch animations plz

it has it but it doesn't show. decompile it, then rename stab2 to stab1 and vice versa then compile it back up:)

yeah ok... sure ill jump right on that...

if i knew how to i would, but i dont >_<

can seomoen just do this for me, ive had this knife b4, its just really lame witha stab, the punch is funny, it's like the pistol whip models, it makes knifing just as funneh as spading ppl.

The Para Elite version, was made for elite tommy users, try the standard version.

To use the punch anim, decompile the knife model and open the qc file and look for these lines.

$sequence "slash1" "slash1" fps 32
$sequence "slash2" "slash2" fps 32

And change them to this

$sequence "slash1" "slash2" fps 32
$sequence "slash2" "slash2" fps 32

then compile the model again.

dude that works, just one problem, the knife isnt in the hand, its above the hand. can u make a version without the thommy, and the punch animation as slash2 plz, leave slash1 the stab.

did i like ur tommy, but you serisuoyl stuffed up on the FOV it looks way to big, and looks terrible inmo, i saw this model in 1.0 and it didnt have FOV perhaps release a version like that with the new animations

The trouble is slash2 anim does not work ingame, it's something the team need to fix, so you could only use one, either stab or punch.

I never touched the FOV, it's the default tommy, so if you don't like it, tell them they stuffed it up, not me...:).

I've never made a none FOV para tommy, i think Triggers is none FOV, maybe you are thinking of that, when you say you tried it dod 1.0.

ah ok sweet marzy, must have been triggers thommy then, i love ur idea with wat ou have done, but to be honest, i ahte the thommy, perhaps you could do the same but use triggers thommy? then ud have an absolute winnar! ps. got a tutorial on how to convert 3.1 models??? <raises eyebrow>
im having a bit of trouble getting the bones/joints attached to the models, if u know wat i mean? no tutorials i can find cover converting 3.1 models to 1.1.
