Changing textures and compiling/decompiling errors

I have this wierd problem as i showed here http://www.dayofdefeat.net/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=25025

I don't know about other weapons but when i take a scoped kar i can't decompile it and then compile it again without any texture errors in the scope.

I don't understand how all the 98K sniper releases don't have that bug ? they must have decompiled it to change the texture size...

so i got couple of questions... is there a way to change textures without decompiling, even if they are not in the same size ?
and, can a simple decompile create errors ? and how do i overcome them, i know only 2 ways of decompiling and compiling, jed's HLMV and Milkshape.

MaRzY just released his great 3.1 tommy version.

anyway, it got the empty/full clip trick, if i take the mode and decompile it then compile it then decompile it again and so and so for about 4 times, when i open the model and i run the reload anime i won't see the empty clip at all.

why is it happening ?
and can you please check if it's happening to you too ?
