Mapping with Steam

Hey everybody, recently I tried to finish up work on my latest creation, and noticed I had to update to steam. Problems came when I tried to start up with the mapping again, all my wads had dissapeared and models stoped showing up in hammer. This has stopped all work on my map, and I was wondering if anyone knew what I could do about this.
