Well this comes out of complete boredom and a new found knowledge of re-colouring models. These are a reworked colourings of Mortar's Garand which can be found here:http://www.dayofdefeat.net/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=23056

There is 4 garands in this pack and all I have done is play with the colours.

Credit's towards Mortar and Nomad and Dillinger and to anyone else who contributed to the first model by Mortar :D Pictures are included in the .zip file.

in the end maybe mortar...

Garand2/5 are pretty nice, i like them... not very far from the source though, i would work more on it if you would like to have something unique to share, my release had a total diffrent look for dillinger's sleeves, had some model changes and wood/metal coloring.

Im not trying to say you must have those or something, don't get me wrong, my release was not very very original too but im just saying that if you want to release something you should (imo) try and rework on it farther.

Garands 3/4 have rotten wood ^_^ :) (I wouldn't try buttsmacking with those babies)

I'll vote for Garand5 :-) as best one, to sum it up... not bad for first release but more work needed.

I was bored :D I honestly wasn't trying to be original. These were from a quest of mine to recolour the barrel of your garand and these were a result. I thought they were kinda nice and posted them to see if any one else would want them. Oh yeh and by the way im not using any of these :p I'm using your defualt wood etc with a darker barrel thats it. Again I was just bored so I posted them :D
