If you download Jed's paras, there is one and they are adjusted to the sten mkV p_model as well. I just think Jed has to import the 9-way blending on his models to make it work.

Jed and MaRzY are still collecting everybody elses skins who started on this model and then still needs to add anims and things to it. so it will be released once MaRzY has finished:)
