I uploaded it to this page on jpg so it will fit the size limit here, just save it as bmp to use.

All credits goes to dillinger for his latest allied sleeve texture :-)
Some coloring and some PS filters and that's the result.
I doubt any1 will use it, but if you wanna convert a weapon into a snow version... you are welcome.
