Do we need a new studiomdl.exe for 1.1?

Hmm,

I just tired re-compiling some models for 1.1 and studiomdl.exe craps out at the end during the texture segment, just filling my screen with garbage.

I can compile 1.0 models fine with it but not the 1.1 ones.

I had a similar problem after I tried to compile my own Studiomdl to handle the extra limited needed with my animated faces.

Can we have the new compiler please team? *beg*

Better still, any chance of the source? Cuz if I'm going to add animated faces I need to increase the limits defined in the header.

I'm starting to think Pickitup won't release info until the 9-way blending stuff is fixed.

Currently there seems to be a bug with it. A player will be looking directly at you, but it looks like they are facing another way. So sometimes you think your safe and the enemy hasn't spotted you, but he was staring right at you the whole time trying to get a good shot.

Yeah, and when i tried to compile a 1.0 player model with the 1.1 anims i don't think it worked at all. Hmm..
