Importing Animations from one Model to Another...

Can someone give me heads up on how this is done...

If the skeletons are the same, then you can simply decompile the models you want, put the animations and refrence you want together, and recompile.
If the skeletons aren't the same, it either won't compile, or the model will be severly distorted when you view it. If this happens you'll have to assign the model you want to the same skeleton as the animations you want.

It's basically putting Sushi's BAR animations onto Ankalars BAR...

Changing the anims from Sushi's BAR to another is more difficult. You'll have to open the Refrence.smd from Sushi's BAR into milkshape, delete all the geometry, and import the refrence.smd from Ankalar's BAR. If you make sure to uncheck the 'import skeleton' box when importing it should keep the vertex assignments. Of course, you'll have to assign the leaf-sight to the proper bone, as Ankalar's BAR doesn't have that assignment.
If all goes well, you should be able to export the newy hacked refrence.smd and compile it with Sushi's animations with no problems.
