3.1 conversion

*nobody's Ally Ranger Pack*

Can someone please convert theses sets to 1.0, Devin or anyone, doesn't really matter, I just really liked this pack alot and want the 3.1 feel again.

after d/ling 1.1 i also noticed my garand model was missing so I just copied the custom model i had back into the steam folder, and voila!

you will need to make your own folders in your steam directory if u want to use custom models, strider

so just make them like 1.0 and it would work i herd from jed that it needs the 1.1 animations but when i dl his 1.1 animations it wont compile.....

You have to delete your custom stuff first then download Jeds models then chuck your old stuff back in.

im finish seperating the stuff heres a pic the issue i have right now is diffrent faces and helmet also the 1.1 issue
u c there are 5 faces face0,1,2,3,4 i need to know which belongs to whom ie 0 might belong to light.....and stuff..... also the helmet 2 i need to know how to give diffrent helmet to diffrent infantry ie light medium heavy and to top that off ill need to make em work with 1.1 right now it prob work with 1.0 lol

It's still hard to convert pre 1.0 player models over because of 1.0's introduction of submodels. It makes converting stuff over a ***** to do, from what I remember people saying.

actually i did everything ill prob make the sleeves a little wider to fit the 1.0 hands and then comes the hemet ill porb just use what trigger told me by puting a helmet on the model so they each have diffrent helmet the drawback is that the helmet wont fall off when it gets naded or some thing but hey your dead if u get nade dont really matter lol

all shi7 i mess up didnt notice that those models dont use the same bones that 3.1 1.0 do damn.. that explain the hands and sleeve...damn ima c if i can use the texture with 1.0 bones no garantee though :\ this ****ing sux the bone is all mess up and shi7 dammit ill have to assign the bone one by one dammit y they have to make this so harder...

I doubt it. The faces in the screen shots appear to be RtCW. Maybe a hack of parts from both? Oh hellfish, search for trenchcoat axis. Devin made a version for 1.0 a while ago. Of course it does need to be converted for use in 1.0, but I'm sure someone will get to that. I personally can't wait to see Russ's Waffen SS converted :D

goddammit this is 2 hard the bone do not match the 1.0 one therefore i think it would be wise for me not to do this asign the model to the bone is hard there is just 2many points...
