i noticed that almost every carbine download has this messed up in it... is it something you can fix on the skin or something you can fix on the model... and can someone please edit that part?

Whats so wrong about it? Its part of the skin and it was intentional

i dont think it is intentional... you can only see it when when you are walking and the gun is moving (image 1) and when the gun is pointing downward (image 2).

No need to be rude or anything but can u like stop or slow down with the request threads.

Most of the things u do can be done in 2 seconds and are very very easy to do so learn how to do it like everyone else around here has cause most of us don't have time to do stuff. On the other hand the other request threads u make, the stuff u ask for can't be done or won't be done cause there things that u tend to get use to like the Carbine. It's been like that, since god knows how long and if it was that much of a problem im sure we would have fixed it. So please just stop with the request threads cause u ask for 2 much or at least put your requests in one thread.

what can i say, im a perfectionist. most of my threads turn out positive and open up discussions to new ideas for the game, and i would try to do things by myself except i dont have any programs to use for it and i did a little modding for mohaa and it got tiring so i request things from people who like to do this stuff.
