shouldn't the thing the sling clips onto not be in the middle of the wooden part?

Yeah i can do that, if trigger does not mind, as it has different UV maps and skins then Triggers tommy and it's edited for FOV, so if Trigger does make one they will be different.

One thing though could you change the picture you are using to host the edits i made to Glimmys bren for this one please, as it shows all the changes, thanks.

Ok i've done as reqested Canuck, includes my sleeves, bullet and sling, and triggers knife.

Although i just see triggers released a version, but the links dead for me so i can't see what model he's used. So if it's not this one that you wanted ill release if it's ok with Trigger, and if so do you want me to release both default and this one in a pack or seperate.

Edit:

All i've left to do is run through the textures to make sure there all aligned properly.

i wish i knew how to change the textures and have dillingers reskin metal and wood on there... it would be perfection.

Just decompile the model using Jed's HLMV, add dillingers textures to the same folder as the decompiled model, copying over the default one's. Then import the reference file called reference.smd into milkshape, click on the texture tab, and go through each texture and make sure it's loaded up dillingers textures, if not then swap them for dillingers textures over the old ones. Export as a halflife.smd and save it over the old reference.smd, then just compile it using Jed's HLMV, using the QC file that was made when you decompiled the model, and thats it jobs a good one.

it doesn't even have to be that hard. Just open up dillingers in HLMV, got to the textures tab, and export all the appropriate textures(select it from the drop down menu and hit the export button. Save it as it's number for convienience(sp?)). Then, open up this thompson, go to the textures tab, and import the textures you exported from dillingers over the matching textures on this thompson. Problem solved =P

i know how to replace the textures but i dont know how to compile it all back up into a .mdl file.

Yes your right Otacon, sorry about that Walker ....:), for some reason i thought Dillingers skins where Hi res one's, i shall have to have words with him about that...:D

Well, it has to do with the mesh. The bigger the dimensions of the mesh, the more detail you can fit onto the texture. Atleast I'm pretty sure that's how it works? Someone correct me if I'm wrong. If you can't figure it out I guess I could mail it to you... just pm me your email address.
