I was wondering if anyone wouldn't mind taking off this one piece I have circled. Just have the metal piece under it flat. Should be a real simple job.

Personally I think the FG42 is the best looking model in DoD and beats any model I have seen of it yet, but that one piece bothers me alot. Sometimes I'll pick the scoped version just not to look at it. I know it was on the original design and all, but I just see it as an eye sore, real distracting.
