If it looks good ill host..
I found a few older screencaps that were on my website, most of this stuff hasn't changed by much.
When you go to Capture the Elm St flag, Michael Myers comes out and tries to crush you.

Early version of the Movie Theatre

To the right is Crystal Lake where the Axis Spawn from, the main st is Elm and those are a few of the broken houses in the map.

Inside one of the houses, someone wanted to get in that room REALLY badly lol

Oh no it's Michael Myers!

A View of the Graveyard Flag area behind the church

Very Early view of the Myer's House, which is near the Allie Spawn point, from atop the church roof

Like I said most of those pictures are earlier versions of the map, before I added scenery, fences etc. About eight of my clanners played when I released the map to our clan server and it was a pretty intense furball of action.

errmmm, not sure if they had those bins, cinemas and cars in the 1940's, but other than that, its doesnt look too bad :/

it lacks the war atmosphere, dunno if you were trying to make it like that but it looks too modern for DoD.
I wasn't really aiming for a WWII setting or timeline for the town. Just tried to build something quick, small and Halloween'ish since it's that time of the year. It combines different horror movie themes.
But I do have skeletons set up as Funk_tanks to protect the spawns. :) woot
Originally the car would crush anyone on impact as it was a func_train, but for some reason as the map progressed it ended up just pushing you along until it stopped. That's why the trashcan is there, so Michael can crush you against it.

Of course it doesn't look 1940's or even WWII, its a fun map. You play it just for the hell of it, for fun and stuff ya know. Thats was video games are made for, fun.

And for some people the fun thingy is the atmosphere and the war like feeling.
Other games are aimed for diffrent stuff.
Well... If you ask me i like playing dod in a War atmosphere only, if others like that map, enjoy :)

Was Xmastown, now Halloween; guess Easter is next ha ha. Glad you liked it. I had a hard time converting Xmastown over to 1.0; maybe if I can find the extra time I can have it ready for this holiday season.
And thanks for everyone's (German Killa) Mirrors
