WIP - M1 Garand

I've been working on this for too long. I'm getting sick of it always being a WIP.

I'll release it later today. I didn't scale the end up because i personally think that looks FUBAR. I prefer it to narrow out towards the end.

Obviously i can't skin. I'll attempt to make the metal look half decent at a later date. The skinning is in the alpha stage, i still have a lot to learn.

If you try to reskin it yourself you'll see how horribly layed out the mapping co-ordinates are. It has something to do with the way i modelled the gun (splines). That annoyed me to no end:mad:

Oh well, s**t happens.

This is my first release ever! SOON!

Its a good start man...We all have to start somewhere. The metal is a little too one dimensional so that needs a little more work. BTW, what map is that with the Nebelwerfer?

that's dod_escape, about the garand, it looks good but there's something wrong with the metal i think :confused:

The wood looks nice. You modelled this yourself? I must have completly missed that WIP, because I haven't seen this one before. I like it :D
