been working at this map for few months. It's something like 50% done. Streets are mostly empty, but main layout is almoust done. dod_qual.

small indeed, base layout looks much like dod_oslo had. It takes something like 10 seconds to get to the battle so we're talking about map where situtations can change very rapidly.

there are middle area and 2 side routes. + map is pretty flexible as you can run to the other side of the map in notime. This means that flags can change very fast from side to side wich should keep game interesting. (if i understood what you asked)

Nice. But I suggest that you should open those houses. They looks nice now but map would be a bit blank if no open houses.

Yea looking great i agree with opening a few of those houses though that would add some realism

That arch doorway reminds me of de_dust :)

r_speeds are around 300-500 but i haven't added complete VIS blocking yet

here is also simple layout for the map. If you have suggestions tell them now so i maybe can change some of them (also because this is my first map and i don't have much experience on how to make playable, working map)

red dots are flags, brown areas are houses, grey streets and black areas wich you can go in only by blowing the way open with bazooka. the darker the gray is, the lower place it's ingame.

don't have any screens today because i was lazy and played the whole day.. might do some mapping at night.

i found out that qual is german word and means agony. I wasn't aware of this when i chose the name while playing ut2003 :)
