Nothing much just some brush work on the default skins. Personally i think it looks like crap. If you want to try it in game just save as bmp and convert to indexed color in any paint program.

No offense, but you're right. give it more of a textured faded crisp look and add more of it and maybe it would look better. ( also next time get an in game/HLMV screenie )
