Preview: dod_rzbridge (almost complete)

Below are some updated pics of my new map (and my second also). It is a medium map where both teams objectives are:

Allied Objectives:
- Find the bag with the battery and brin g it back to the radio
- Hold the bridge for 2 min until the allied tanks arrive

Axis Objectives:
- Plant the TNT at the bridge and detonate it before the allied
tanks arrive

The map is almost complete, it's about 97% done, just needs a few more testing to find small erros

Hey,

The atmosphere in this map looks great! I can't wait to give it a try. I also like the moody lighting.

Good job.

Wow, did you sneak into my house and steal the map design I drew out last night? =) I guess we'll both have a bridge map to show pretty soon. Anyhow, it looks really nice. I didn't take time to really scrutinize, but one thing that kind of stood out to me is the lighting. I love the darkness of it (most people won't even look at my maps because they are dark =) but to be honest...it may be a tiny bit too dark for your skymap. I'd need to see it ingame though. Screenies are misleading at times.

All in all, very cool. I'd love to build some bot waypoints for it and test it if you need some help.

How are the r_speeds like?

it looks really pretty, but i can see you brush built some railings and the train is world brushes, it elads me to question your r_speeds if there low GJ mate, but if they are high then no one will play your map cause it lags.

yes, great atmosphere for the map. but i think its a bit too dark too. in pic 6 you can see the sun is still up in your skybox, but the buildings dont have direct sunlight whatsoever. maybe you could change the pitch of the light env, so the sun only hits the roofs and upper parts of teh bldgs, or simplier, make another skybox where the sun is completely gone.
nice brush and texture work. how are the r_speeds?

BTW: i see by your hosting youre brazilian. Greetings from Portugal
