:o ok i compiled the new model with the existing mill bones and when i open it up in hlmv the animation doesnt play. the original mill turns slowly. what did i do wrong ?

also would it be possible for me to add another animation for a rodent like the bunny or a rat to look as if it it running on the wheel ?

is that better now:confused: :D :D :D

Bit busy old chap...

Off to the other side of Sweden tomorrow.
I'll get back to you later, or someone else can feel free to step in.

If your going to want to add a gerbil in the wheel start from scratch.

The wheel itself only needs one bone with all vertices attached and just needs to be rotated for the animation sequence.

To add a moving gerbil you'll need to add a skeleton for it with leg bones, etc. and adding that into a pre-exisiting anim is no easy task without seriously messing stuff up.

As I said, best bet is to use one bone for the wheel and make and animate a hamster skeleton as part of it.
