Too many vertices? O_O

A new forum, a new n00b question.. :D

I added a supressor on a garand, and everytime i try to compile it it says: "Too many vertices in model blabla.." how can I fix this?

Half-Life can only handle so many polygons in one amount the tutorial in that link shows you how to break the model in half and get around this. It is for Counter-Strike but should apply for Day of Defeat aswell.

You should be able to fix it by doing the same thing I told you to do with player models.
