It looks very ugly and you must help me out on how to solve it!

There nowt major to worry about and can be easily fixed:

Problem 1: This is a texture missalignment.

Simply open the gun reference model in Milkshape and press Control and A. This will select all the model.
Then go to window --> texture coordinator editor and this will bring up the skins of the model with mesh over them.
Simply find the skin which has the black lines on it and move the mesh (using the move option) to the right so that it fits over the skin properally, this will get rid of those black line.
Then just export over the old reference model.

Problem 2: From what the error says it cannot find the holster animation. This could because you have renamed it or delete it by accident. Decompile the model in a different folder (So as not to overwrite what ever changes you have made to the other .smds) find the holster.smd and put it back in the folder with the rest and then try and compile. That should fix it.

Hope that was of some help mate, any other problems or owt PM me here or on AIM and I'll see if i can help.

Problem number 2 is simply a file/name problem. Open your qc file in text editor. Look at the list of animations and make sure each one listed has its own smd file in your compile directory. it needs to be named the same.
