Awhile ago, I made a map pack called "DoD: The Forgotten Maps". In it, I included all maps that were in beta 1 of DoD. However, when I made this pack, DoD 3.1 was still in style. I never released the pack. Then today, I found it on my harddrive. I was just wondering whether they still will work with v1. Please help me out. Also, if they do work, i will need a host for them. So please help me out here. :)

For starters, you can host the pack. lol. I tested it with bishop and it works. i hope i can find a host.:)

try dodec, houston dod or the pokemart im sure at least one of them will be happy to help

I was kinda planning on doing that. I'm gonna release them in installments though. I'm releasing this one just to see how well this goes over. If it doesn't do very well, I may not make any more. Also, NO ONE ELSE BETTER RELEASE ANYTHING LIKE THIS!:)

I never got to see what omaha is like, ill be looking for to that map. PS can anyone describe that map to me what it looks like, objectives ect. Also i know its a d day beach map just what makes it different from charlie and that other d day map i forgot the name. Also i could be wrong but i thought i saw oslo being played as 1.0, i could be wrong and it was a 3.1 server but just thought id mention it.

omaha is much smaller beach map, but more fun.

Will dod_caen overwrite the 1.0 original one?

I tried Omaha on 1.0 The first spawn everything was fine, but after an dying carrying the TNT it respawned way up in the air. Restarted the map and it did it again. Some of them will need playtesting to see if the still work.

omaha in my opinion is one of the best beach maps. its small but really fun. this is a pic just over the shingle. bad pic sry :/ took the pic this morning with bots :D

I will include seg3 in a future release. Also, the old caen wont overwrite the new one.

There were a couple of versions of omaha, snowtown and oslo. Which versions are you plannng to release? I noticed that pic of Omaha wasnt the b1 version, but 1.3b i think. Would be cool to see the orginals from B1.

Bliss was awesome with the exploding truck thing, and that weird huge gate ya had to open. IM pretty sure that was Bliss, though my brain doesnt work as well as it used to. lol lol i wonder if anyone remmembers seg1 or seg2 :D , even though they werent in B1.
