You might also consider skinning one with the fragmentation blast sleeve slipped over the can...like this:

I'd also love to see that done. :)

I'd be glad to give it a shot!
Do you know if that sleeve is a fabric sleeve, or it's the way the metal looks with the lines and such...?

I've never seen a Steilhand with that on it! :)

It's the way the metal looks. It like all of these tiny "blocks" of metal...

Gotcha! So it's kind of like the American grenade design for fragmenting. I'll give it a shot!

Top job! Would be cool to have an anim that puts on a frag sleeve :)

Picture updated, lined up the grooves better. It was a little sloppy at the top before. :)

Looks great...the reason the germans put fragmentations sleeves on their stick grenade was that the original stick grenade was an offensive weapon...used more to stun people rather than to kill them...the casing was thin metal so it was more a concussion and flash/bang type of weapon...when the Russians started pushing the Germans out of Russia they needed a defensive grenade so they put various metal fragmentation sleeves around the actually nade...they kinda clipped on. So good job!

Nice job. Could you release the texture for the fragmentation one? :)
